I am more than my skin. This episode focuses on educating people about things you just don’t address on social media and even in real life. The saying goes “if they can’t fix it in 10 seconds you don’t mention it” One of our own panel members was being attacked on social media because of her skin texture and we took the opportunity to use this platform as a learning tool for some people as to what it means to be a woman and what are some of the issues women face. It’s 2025 and “mean girls” are still doing the most in people comments, not knowing what they are faced with. PCOS is a real thing and as individuals we need to take responsibility to educate ourselves.
