As he gives his new fans a concert, Whiz is oblivious to the arrival of the Copy Cats, who are in danger of losing their jobs. They steal the Star Maker, along with Toolbot, to get back into Master Blaster's good graces. Now Whiz has a literal forest full of fans that won't leave him alone, but he can't change them back without Toolbot.
