Swimming 10mins EVERYDAY for a week… This Happened
Q&A 1. Why did you go swimming everyday? My partner wanted to try it out for a month so I joined her. 2. How long did you swim for each time? We swam for a minimum of 10 minutes every time. The idea was to do at least 50m and stop when we wanted. 3. Was 10 mins enough to improve over time? Definitely, I think 10 minutes is a great way to do less while improving on the thing that you want to improve on. 4. Whats the biggest changes you saw? Technique. I was able to swim for longer before taking my next breath. Speed. Stronger habits. Consistency. Results. (So much change!) 5. What was the #1 lesson you learnt? You can improve on as little as 10 minutes a day, focusing on improving one aspect with each day (eg. time, laps, reps etc.)
