Deload or no deload there is the BIG question...lol There are many ways to do an effective deload in your workout but Christian has 2 favourite that he uses a lot in his programming. 1) Keep the weight but drop the number of sets for your deload week 2) Keep the weight but drop the number of reps for your deload week Other options are possible like swaping a movement for a less demanding one or lower the weight on the bar during that week but they are not as effective and not your best bet when it comes to maintain strength.
