This uses a clock circuit. It's made with three items: a sensor, a covered window, and lava. ■ Covered Window A, located on the top right of the field: Closing it will wither the vegetables, and opening it will moisten them. ■ Covered Window B, located in the center of the top: Opening it will cause water to flow and stop at regular intervals.
