Zelten und wandern am Diemelsee - Teil 2

After breakfast, I set off from the Seeblick campsite on Lake Diemel for my next hike. The "Youth Hiking Trail to the Christiane Mine" is a truly beautiful tour of about 21 kilometers. Most of the elevation gain is at the beginning, but you're rewarded with a fantastic view (from the St. Muffert Cliff) down to the lake and Heringhausen. The hike follows the Diemelsteig trail almost exclusively and offers many stunning vistas. Numerous benches (with tables) and several shelters line the path. In Adorf, I bought drinks and mustard for dinner, which I prepared in front of my tent after the hike. Afterwards, I took a quick dip in Lake Diemel. ...
