Western Cape School, Pinelands North Primary School has defied the odds to be entered into the final round as a Top 3 finalist in the World’s Best School for Overcoming Adversity prize, launched this year by T4 education. Principal Ann Morton has played a key role in transforming the school from predominantly white pupils and teachers to a school which embraces cultural, gender and language diversity.
