Now, this bike has already had a brocks alien head exhaust system installed and tuned by Chris Moore of moore mafia. With the motorcycle coming to our shop, we'll be adding the brocks camshaft and changing the oil for less than 0w alisyn synthetic oil. All of these things combined will make some huge power gains! Now as you'll see in the video, we don't really go into detail on how to install brocks cams, but you'll see what it looks like while we're digging in. You'll also learn a valuable lesson as we try to finish up. What happens if timing jumped? Signs the cams jump timing or signs time chain is off a tooth? Well, we're human too and ran into that issue. Now, jumping a tooth of timing doesn't hurt the engine and thanks to the ability to test this stuff on the dyno, we were able to figure it out right away. The power was down and the afr was way off as well. Which we were able to show in the dyno sheets. After tearing the busa engine down again and fixing this small issue, we were able to pull a GREAT amount of power out of this bike. Are brocks camsafts worth it? Do the brocks cam shafts make power?
