Tadagi Mudra (Semana 12) - 24/04/22
Tadagi literally means lake or well. It's an internal technique, like all mudras, that guides us to delve into our sensations. It's a technique done through breath manipulation, and thus, it's closely related to pranayama. I present two versions: one with empty lungs and another with continuous breathing. I hope this video will help you better understand and practice the technique.
