Trying Everything at VANCOUVER's AYCE BRUNCH BUFFET! The Best Lobster Mac & Cheese, Bone Marrow...

It's nice to see more and more buffets appearing in Vancouver! And recently, I have rediscovered an amazing buffet in downtown Vancouver; it's called the ARC restaurant at the ‪@FairmontWaterfront‬ have been there many years ago when it was the traditional classic buffet style but now they have an unlimited weekend brunch feast, where the buffet comes to you! And as good as the traditional brunch dishes are, they certainly kicked it up Vegas style! Just like Vegas, a little bit of lobster and a bit of bone marrow goes a long way and that's what they have introduced! From the unlimited fatty, anxious, bone marrow, to one of our favorites, the lobster mac & cheese, this is one of the best buffet branches I've ever had. We thought it would be fun to help you decide on what dishes to choose, so my good friends Karla and Mikey were kind enough to tackle the challenge of trying each and every dish there. We had our definite favorites such as the pulled pork/short rib, eggs Benedict, and some surprisingly least favourites such as the buttermilk biscuits and the bananas pancakes, at least just for me because I don't like bananas. But go ahead and decide for yourself.. If your local or if you're visiting Vancouver, do you give the arc restaurant a try on the weekends… Just make sure you arrange for a good nap afterwards.
