Add cinnamon, green cardamom, cloves & black peppers. Add little water & grind into a fine paste. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan & add potatoes. Add some salt & turmeric powder. Fry for 2-3 mins on medium flame. Take out & then fry the paneer for 2 mins in same oil. Take out & keep aside. In the same oil add prepared onion-tomato paste & cook for 7-8 mins on medium flame. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder & salt. Mix & cook for 2 mins. Add fried potatoes & paneer. Add green peas & mix well eith the masalas. Add water as gravy you like. Cover & cook for 5 mins on low flame. Add garam masala, roasted fenugreek leaves & coriander leaves. Mix well & let it cook for 1 minute. Aloo Matar Paneer is ready to serve. Serve with roti, chapati, paratha, naan or rice. #aloomatarpaneer #matarpaneeraloo
