This song was a 2018 semi-finalist in the jazz category of the International Songwriting Competition, "The songwriting competition to take note of"...New York Times. Sax parts are included that have flute, clarinet, and bass clarinet doubles, and a full set of alternate sax parts are also included that don't require any doubles. Brass mutes are used to shape the tonal colors of different sections of the tune. Example comping parts are included for piano, guitar, bass, drums, and congas that closely match the recorded demo provided.
