Carson Foster (Cincinnati Marlins) swam the fastest 100 Fly (LCM) for an 11 year-old in U.S. history (*) on 07/21/13 at the Ohio 2013 Long Course Junior Olympic Championships. After posting a time of 1:04.95 in prelims, Foster swam a record-breaking 1:03.44 in finals. The previous fastest time for an 11 year-old was 1:04.07 by Victor Lopez Cantera (Metro Aquatic Club of Miami) in 2004.
