http://www.maxsportsnutrition.com A follow up to our first and second bodybuilding food videos, 41 year old bodybuilder Andrew Sarmast takes you through his new morning routine after going over his new meal plan made by IFBB Pro Jose Raymond. The new diet includes bumping up his portions to 10oz of meat per meal and adding in a meal instead of a protein/carb shake before his workouts which he does first thing in the morning after cardio on an empty stomach. Currently his diet and workout schedule looks something like this... 445am- Wake Up 5-530am- Cardio 530am- 1st Meal 6am-7am LIFT 7am- Post workout shake (60g whey hydrolosate, 60g fast acting carb) 9am- Meal 12pm- Meal 3pm - Meal (meat and vegetables) 6pm - Meal similar to meal at 3pm 9pm - Mea similar to 3pml or shake It's tough to eat at first but he is getting used to it. The goal is to put on some extra size to really fill his muscles up in the next several weeks to be able to compete at the Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh July 21, 2012 to achieve his life long dream of becoming an IFBB Pro.
