In its short history, Mavuca has successfully executed eight transactions totalling more than INR 13.3 billion. Shah has worked in the industry for nearly 25 years with organisations like IDFC Bank, IDFC Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Rabo India Finance, ABN AMRO Bank, ABN AMRO Securities, and Kotak Mahindra. At IDFC, Shah was the key architect behind the “India Bond House Award for 2015” awarded by IFR Asia and “Asia’s Best Local Currency Bond Deal for 2016” awarded by IFR Asia and GlobalCapital (Asiamoney). Shah’s expertise encompasses fixed income, credit markets, financial and capital markets, capital-financial structuring, bank capital securities, and financial advisory services. He is a CFA® charterholder and holds a master’s degree in management studies in finance from NMIMS and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mumbai University. He has been an active member of CFA® Society, the Climate Bond Initiative, FIMMDA, City of London, CAFRAL (RBI), ASIFMA, FICCI’s Capital Markets Committee, and APLMA.
