We’re nearing half a billion dollars in assets, investing in existing multifamily apartments and building $40M+ build-to-rent communities across the Sunbelt — Arizona, Texas, and Georgia. And while real estate is the vehicle, the mission is bigger. That’s why we launched the First of the Family Movement — to redefine what’s possible when you’re not just making it… You’re making it last. We simply create this content with the hope of helping you understand how multifamily can increase your wealth, so you can partner with us! 💃💋 ➡️ How we got here... 2019 — Closed our first multifamily deal. Sold it 27 months later for $15.6 million. 2020 — Acquired our second multifamily property—right in the thick of COVID. Oh, and added property #4 in Dallas and #5 in Atlanta, GA. 2022 — Interest rates skyrocketed? Didn’t stop us. Closed on property #6 in Atlanta and #7 in Houston. 2023 — Expanded into Northwest Arkansas for property #8 and kicked off our first Build-to-Rent (BTR) development project north of Dallas. 2024 — Signed the construction loan to launch the vertical phase of the BTR development. 2025 — Completed the horizontal phase of our build-to-sell development project in North Dallas. 2026 — So far, 48/118 townhomes from our latest BTR community have been delivered and are being leased.
