Living on $13k a Year in California
Another review is due on the minimal amount of money I spend. This time, I will cover the bare bones level of money I must spend in order to survive. That is, if I find myself in hardship with no job nor income, I can revert to this level of spending and still have food, warmth, and a place to live. If I am not in hardship, then I can spend extra in various things like electronics, travel, and restaurants. Hence, at minimum, I only have to spend about $13,400 a year to survive. This means I only need to make $13,400 a year, a extremely low rate. This is done on purpose to alleviate any sort of pressure to make a high set amount, i.e. the feeling of being chained to any particular endeavor for the purpose of freeing my mind from financial burdens. This is intentional and it took me many years of concentrated effort to achieve. I hope to share the methods so you can lower your burn rate and boost your savings significantly.
