My IC Story | Healing My Microbiome

I am not a medical doctor, this is only my story, what I have done and learned through my research. I forgot to mention quite a few things in my video, but I will summarize here what I am doing to heal myself (I consider myself about 75% healed): Herbal teas (stinging nettle, peppermint, dandelion root, throat coat tea) Exercise: yoga, walking/running, lots of sweating!
