Today I'm baking homemade zucchini bread while enjoying a slow morning in the mountains before heading into the forest to gather dry twigs for natural fire starters. Music: Epidemic Sounds Zucchini Bread Recipe: 3 eggs 2 cups sugar 1 cup oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups shredded zucchini 3 cups flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda This recipe makes 2 loafs of bread Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes
