There will be a lot of FOOD or long-lasting FOOD, whether in a JAR, a CAN, or possibly in a BAG. There will be even more of these DISHES, or MEALS, as you prefer, than military rations. There will certainly be no shortage of FREEZE-DRIED dishes, not just those increasingly common in rations but also those from the civilian market, let's say the tourist market. Other expensive dishes will also be available, but not many, because few people can afford ARTISAN canned food or RESTAURANT dishes.
