“Reciclando el sentido del humor” | Entrevista a Fidel Delgado

Fidel Delgado is a clinical psychologist, but he defines himself as a "puppeteer." He teaches courses using resources and tools purchased in Chinese stores, but with great wisdom, lucidity, and simplicity. His sense of humor is extraordinary. He says that "humor is something very serious" and that we live a life of "service"; he advocates cultivating silence and detachment. He has studied shamanism, philosophy, yoga, and Zen. After resigning from his position as a psychologist in the Department of Psychiatry at Ciudad de la Paz, Madrid, he began teaching training courses in hospitals. Since then, "life has taken care of him" and has prompted him to explain to others that we are only part of something beyond us, and that we have nothing to fear.
