Apt 320m², com Adega Walk-in que Redefine o Luxo de Viver

In São Paulo, architect Rosangela Pena designed a 320 m² apartment that embodies the true meaning of home. Conceived for a couple of grandparents who love to entertain, the project emphasizes comfort and family togetherness. Upon entering, an imposing hall with an illuminated sculpture anticipates the experience. The social area opens up seamlessly, revealing as its main feature the 396-bottle wine cellar, developed by Art des Caves, which connects to the living room as the central piece of the design. The living room features warm tones, low furniture, and welcoming textures, creating a perfect environment for entertaining. A TV room, games table, and china cabinet complete the atmosphere. The dining room, with its large table, mirrors, and striking lighting, reinforces the sophisticated and inviting ambiance. Following this, a creative powder room with wallpaper extending to the ceiling and a green-toned kitchen bring the emotional side of the project, equipped with UD House appliances. The balcony integrates the gourmet area and expands the social space with unobstructed views. In the private area, a hallway with a gallery of family photos marks the transition to the more secluded spaces. The granddaughters' room has a playful and welcoming atmosphere. The master suite, resulting from the union of two bedrooms, has been transformed into a complete refuge, with independent closets and two bathrooms. His side is more sober and masculine, while her side offers lightness, functionality, and a spa-like space with natural stone and gold fixtures. A project that goes beyond aesthetics and translates the art of living well: welcoming, receiving, and creating family memories. Saturday at 9:30 am on Band and at 10 am on YouTube!
