During our journey, we were robbed on the highway in one of the most intense moments we've ever experienced while travelling. Thankfully, the team from Asaro Mudmen stepped in to help. With their local knowledge and connections, they arranged safe passage through the affected areas, working with community members and local leaders to ensure we could continue our journey safely to Chimbu. This video isn't intended to paint Papua New Guinea in a negative light. Throughout our time here we've met some of the kindest, most welcoming people we've encountered anywhere in the world. Instead, this is an honest look at the realities of travelling in remote parts of the country, where natural disasters can quickly change the situation on the ground.
