The house was in worse condition than it appeared, so instead of renovating, Petr had to tear it down and build a completely new house. A two-generation home is now taking shape on the 150 m² lot, featuring a separate 2+kk unit for Petr’s parents. 👨‍👩‍👧 Thanks to doing the construction himself, he estimates he’ll save up to 4 million crowns. When he found out the price of tiled stoves, he decided to train as a stove fitter. He studied the trade remotely for a year so he could build the stoves with his own hands.
