Pillows are a dividing topic among backpackers. Some people can't sleep without them, others don't see the need for one. I for one sleep much better with a pillow. This video will show you how to make your very own ultralight backpacking pillow using scrap material from other projects. This is a perfect project for those new to the MYOG world.
