The story and renovation of a really cheap home we bought in the beautiful region of Abruzzo ITALY for ONLY €19K Let's be honest, you can't even get a bathroom renovated for that much money in Australia, yet we found an Italian Home for Sale for less than €20K. Truth be told, this house will need a lot of renovation works to make of it a home. The bones are great, so at least we can have a good start. Some work will be for sure DIY as much as we can to keep it on a low budget. We do not want to over capitalise! It is a stone home in a gorgeous historical village in Abruzzo, which is thousands of years old! The house itself might be a few hundred years old.
