Ricardo Vergnano After completing the legendary Route 40, we begin our journey home with my dad, Don Luis, and our friends, covering hundreds of kilometers along the Argentine roads. In this chapter, we leave behind the Puna and the mountains to cross the plains, although the adventure continues. The NSU is still burning oil, and we have to stop several times to check it before continuing. Upon arriving in Santiago del Estero, we experience one of the most unexpected moments of the trip: a friend opens the doors of his private museum to us, a collection of more than 4,000 vintage and classic motorcycles. We explore an impressive collection, full of history and unique models that any motorcycle enthusiast would dream of seeing. After enjoying such a collection, we continue racking up the kilometers until nightfall forces us to find a place to rest.
