This seventh edition of "La Bestia" will be remembered by many for the heat, which made it even tougher 🏜️. In our case, we'll remember it as the first ultra that our friend Pedro managed to finish. From the beginning, we decided to do it together. The three of us: José (my cousin), Pedro, and me. We enjoyed it and suffered through it equally. I've always said that I like to do these kinds of races with others. I've run three editions as part of a team and another three as an individual walker. However, I almost consider this one a team effort. Because of the two troublemakers who accompanied me the whole way, as well as the other runners we met along the way who cheered us on. Thank you for your very positive comments. I admit I went a bit overboard with the editing this year, and it's turned out to be almost another "ultra" length video 😅 I hope you'll still decide to watch it in its entirety, and you know that with this insider's report, I only hope you'll be encouraged to participate in future editions of La Desértica, and that we'll see each other there.
