Admire the R46 with Trainluvr
Now that the R-46 is the oldest model in the NYCT rail fleet, I have created a unique video celebrating this legendary equipment. The R-44 design was refined and improved by the R-46. They look the same, but have many differences. I borrowed footage from Novice Quads, -GMB248, and DJT Trains, slides from my collection and NYCSUBWAY.ORG and music from 1978 perfectly reflecting the modern and forward thinking engineering of that era.
