Known for her strong, questioning and spiritualized work, she understands the changing capacity that art has. Nowadays, her main musical trench is reggae, though she carries a vast range of references like samba and rap. Marina was born and raised in Campo Grande, the capital of the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul. She always seeks to assume her positioning for gender equality and indigenous' lands demarcation.
