Perfect for the holidays or anytime you're craving something sweet and easy to make at home. 🚩Ingredients and recipe: 200 ml of warm milk. 20 g of sugar. 7 g of dry yeast. mix well. 2 eggs. 7 g of vanilla sugar. 50 ml of vegetable oil. 5 g of salt. mix well. 550 g of wheat flour. mix well with a spatula. 50 g of butter. cover and let rise for an hour. 150 g of ground walnuts. 50 g of brown sugar. mix well. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Form a ball from each piece of dough. cover and leave for 10 minutes. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin. grease with butter. add the nut mixture. Roll out the dough. Cut the dough with scissors as I show you. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Do the same with the other half of the remaining dough. cover and leave for 20 minutes. Mix an egg yolk with a tablespoon of milk.
