This topic is part of some of the deliveries we make within the EAG Program because we understand that this is a game-changer for a business. I once read a survey (I don't remember the source) that said that 85% of people who were working think about or consider changing jobs. There are several factors that influence this decision, but one factor that has a big impact is the lack of recognition in the company. And I tried to understand this. What would this recognition be? What I discovered is that people missed recognition/praise for a job well done. And through this survey, the frequency would be once a week. That would be enough to engage your employee. At EAG we have a practice: the genius. We give recognition to everyone, regardless of their position. This creates enormous engagement among EAG employees. Human beings are emotional and many businesspeople (with various beliefs) think "just giving them praise is all it took" or "if I give them praise, they'll ask for a raise". These are beliefs that exist, but we don't know where they come from. When a person does a good job and they receive honest recognition for it, this recognition reflects in their brain. In tests, it activates an area of ​​the brain that generates dopamine, making people more productive in their daily work routine.
