I Improved BOURDAIN and OBAMA's Most Famous Meal - WBGC Hanoi Vietnam

Bun Cha has always been a beloved dish in Vietnam but it got catapulted into global fame when then President Barrack Obama and Anthony Bourdain had it for dinner together. So while in Hanoi, I had to pay tribute to this iconic dish the only way I know how: transforming it into a grilled cheese to see if it could be the Worlds Best Grilled Cheese. For a dish this beloved though I had to take it a bit farther by turning all of the components into grilled cheese.
