In the previous video, I showed an algorithm for how to keep in touch with the CCC and the police so as not to become “voluntarily delivered” in five minutes. After the video was released, the comments were filled with stories that everyone is officially silent about: beatings, “buses without numbers”, broken phones, CCC basements, painted VLKs, ignored family statements. This video is about the worst-case scenario of mobilization raids, when: they beat, drag, took away the phone; there is no contact with the family; everything happens without papers, protocols and court decisions. I will explain according to the law what is actually happening here: illegal deprivation of liberty (Article 146 of the Criminal Code), excess of power (Article 365 of the Criminal Code), torture and cruel treatment (Article 127 of the Criminal Code), seizing a phone and things - from robbery to robbery (Articles 186–187 of the Criminal Code). We will analyze in detail: what the police are allowed to do under the Law “On the National Police”, the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Code of Criminal Procedure, and what is already an illegal detention; what the CCC can actually do under the Law “On Military Duty and Military Service”, and what it definitely does NOT have the right to do; why joint raids “CCC + police” do not give a “license for everything” and where the line of responsibility is drawn. This is not a theoretical analysis, but a real algorithm for survival and recording violations for those who have already been captured and for their families: how to act in the first seconds, while you can still speak; what phrases need to be said out loud so that the event is recorded on the witnesses' video; how to minimize the risk of serious injuries, not get involved in your own criminal case and still record an illegal detention; what should a wife, mother, and friends do immediately after the call “he was taken away”; how to properly file a crime report (Articles 146, 365, 127 of the Criminal Code) and have it entered into the ERDR; why is a medical recording of a beating needed and how to draw it up; how to connect the State Bureau of Investigation and the prosecutor's office when the police, the Central Criminal Committee, and the military are involved; What can really be changed through administrative courts: the cancellation of the “search”, decisions of the CCC, fines, illegal mobilization, correction of data in “Reserve +”. I will separately respond to the three harshest narratives from the comments: “Nothing works, only force” — why the lynching leads directly to its own verdict and how Article 36 of the Criminal Code (necessary defense) actually works. “Lawyers can’t do anything, only earn” — what legal support really provides: canceled fines, decisions of the CCC recognized as illegal, renewed deferrals and reservations, cases for compensation for damage. “Is there any point in doing anything at all?” — why without statements, medical records, lawsuits and publicity, the system simply erases these stories from statistics. This video uses people’s stories, legal analysis, judicial practice — and a resonant case that BBC News Ukraine has already published: the murder of a CCC serviceman in Lviv. This confirms: a crisis of trust turns into an escalation of violence on both sides. This video is not about “the magic phrase that will stop the bus.” This video is about how to prevent the story from ending in a basement without witnesses, documents, and a chance to return to the legal field.
