The Apple Jacks cereal from Kellogg's features two mascots: Apple and Cinnamon. In Apple Jacks commercials from the 2000s, they appeared in animated form as they raced to a bowl of the cereal. Now, Kellogg's has officially redesigned Apple and Cinnamon in a pretty awful way... Cereal mascots have always been made to sell cereal, but in the 2000s, they seemed to have more personality in their marketing campaigns. Everyone remembers the Apple Jacks commercials with Apple and Cinnamon because they were fun and surprisingly unique. Why are the characters going through a design change on the box now?
