CREAMY CALDERETA 2 tablespoons minced garlic 1 large red onion, sliced 1 whole chicken, cut into 12-16 pieces 1 tablespoon fish sauce ½ cup evaporated milk ½ cup water 3 pieces potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks 1 can garbanzos 1 can whole mushrooms 1 can water chestnut 1 /2 cup grated processed cheese 1 ladle/ sandok white vinegar Salt and pepper, sugar to taste NOTES: You may also use Pork (stew cut) instead of chicken, Use approximately 1- 1.5 kilo pork meat.
