The Telangana Government has launched a new Employee Health Scheme (EHS) to provide cashless medical treatment facilities for government employees, pensioners, and their dependents. Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka inaugurated the scheme, stating that around 17.88 lakh beneficiaries, including employees, pensioners, and family members, will benefit from the initiative. Health Minister Damodar Rajanarasimha announced that the number of wellness centres providing outpatient services will be expanded from the existing 12 centres to 36 centres soon.
