Unfortunately, the mod was never finished, but I still find it very impressive how amazing stuff the modding community was and still is able to do with GTA games. Set in 1986 within the fictional Vice City, based on Miami, the single-player story follows mobster Tommy Vercetti's rise to power after his release from prison and being caught up in an ambushed drug deal.
