Soundtrack For Healing - Week 1

This week has been a whirlwind of gratitude and growth as we kicked off recording the new project "Soundtrack For Healing" at Mill Springs Studio in Nancy, KY. I can’t say enough about the crew—Miles Terry brought the heartbeat with drums and keys, Cory Hanks laid down some super soulful bass lines, and Danny Micoff, Mill Springs owner and engineer, helped shape it all with care and intention. This album is already turning into something special. I also played a heartfelt campground show at 1242 Campfires & Dreams in Frenchburg, KY—a night under the stars that reminded me why I do this. I also share a bit of the inspiration behind the phrase “I’m Rooting For You” - a phrase born out of my own brokenness and healing, written as a reminder that no matter how far someone may feel, they’re never alone. It’s about choosing to speak life and love into a world that often forgets how. We also dig into a conversation that's been on my heart lately: the Kingdom of Heaven vs. the Kingdom of Hell—what it really means to walk in love, light, and purpose in this life, and how each moment we’re given is a chance to bring heaven closer. If you believe in this journey, your support means the world. Subscribe on YouTube, and Patreon, and share this mission with someone who needs to hear it. We’re building something deeper than music—this is about healing, hope, and love. JZ
