Congratulations on the extra 65 cents! We have a fixed fee, the pharmacy fee is rising from €8.35 to €9 – amazing, the money's flowing freely! Too bad that at the same time, fuel prices are going up again. Gas, diesel, air conditioning... this fixed fee increase won't get you any more liters in the end, it just barely covers the extra costs you'll have anyway. And discounts? They're nowhere to be seen, and the first cooperative is already distancing itself. It's all so confusing! The pharmacy profession is currently behaving like the German national football team at its worst: While collective bargaining negotiations are underway and salaries need to be adjusted, the industry falls into a collective slumber, and right on cue for the summer break, the protests disappear from the scene.
