Garden Office Building Featuring Hidden Workspace and Bar

This large garden room provides the perfect family entertainment space for this client, also housing a toilet, basin, bar and hidden office space! Ref: 6317 This Kite garden building is one of our pre-designed buildings and measures 6 metres by 3.7 metres. We took on a challenge with this site as the ground needed levelling and digging out. However, it worked out really well for the plumbing which runs underneath the large slope. Special features: SmartBoard decking: In the colour Battleship Grey provides an outdoor area for seating during the warmer months. DropTop desk from Pith & Stem: empowers a better work/life balance as this client can fold up the desk at the end of the day to turn this into an entertainment area. We're excited about how the garden building turned out. Originally, the client intended to have a house extension at the back of the house, but they opted for a smaller development because the new garden room provided ample space!
