Hellfest 2026 : 15 000 km pour jouer sur la Mainstage !

Hellfest 2026: Go behind the scenes in Clisson with two bands whose unique stories are making their mark on this 19th edition, from the politically charged post-metal of Dragunov to the traditional Polynesian metal of Ourabena. Hellfest 2026 is in full swing in Clisson, once again establishing itself as the nerve center of the metal world. This exclusive report from ICI Pays de la Loire takes you to meet artists who are shaking up the festival's traditions. First, discover Dragunov, the Nantes-based instrumental post-metal duo. Originally inspired by Soviet imagery, the band has taken a strong political turn by declaring its support for Ukraine in the face of the Russian invasion, even refusing to perform in Russia. A courageous stance that shows the local metal scene knows how to take a stand. Then, cross to another hemisphere with Ourabena. These five musicians traveled over 15,000 kilometers from French Polynesia to perform on one of Hellfest's two biggest stages. A historic feat: they are the very first Polynesians to participate in the festival. Far from the clichés and the ukulele, they use the power of metal to promote their traditional language and assert their cultural identity to the Clisson audience. 0:00 - Hellfest 2026: Clisson, world capital of metal 0:20 - Dragunov: Nantes post-metal band takes a stand for Ukraine 1:02 - Ourabena: 15,000 km journey from Polynesia 1:35 - Traditional Polynesian language on the Mainstage 2:10 - Halfway through the festival: Follow the event on ICI Pays de la Loire All our videos ►https://www.france.tv/france-3/pays-d...
