Ferrari F430 GTC/GT2 + OnBoard, Test Day at Misano Circuit, EPIC V8 Sound, Exhaust Pops & Crackles 💥

I'm thrilled to have had the opportunity to film this beautiful Ferrari F430 GTC/GT2 at the Misano circuit in Italy during a test day organized by Kateyama. I must thank Joe Macari, who is at the car's wheel, and all the guys from Pastorelli Classic Cars for their kindness towards me. I'm a great admirer of this racing model. The sound of the naturally aspirated V8 engine of the F430 is something epic, and let me tell you, even the example in the video, chassis 2636 (Michelotto), does nothing but confirm all this. The car raced in 2009 with the English team Team Modena and took part in several races, such as the 1000 Km of Catalunya, the 24h of Le Mans, the 1000 km of SPA, the 1000 km of Nurburgring and other competitions. At the time, the drivers who took turns at the wheel were Antonio Garcia (E), Leo Mansell (GB), Jaime Melo (BR), Pierre Ehret (D), Roman Rusinov (RUS) and Toni Vilander (FIN). Mechanically, the car mounts, in a central position, a 4.0-litre naturally aspirated 90° V8 engine, which, according to the aspiration restrictions due to the FIA-ACO regulations, develops 450 Hp at 7,000 rpm and 490 Nm of maximum torque at 5,500 rpm. A 6-speed sequential gearbox takes care of moving it. The aluminium body is formed by a very rigid tubular frame, also in aluminium, and the car's overall weight is only 1,130 Kg. Enjoy! 😉 Sono davvero molto felice di aver avuto l'occasione di filmare questa splendida Ferrari F430 GTC/GT2 presso il circuito di Misano, in Italia, durante una giornata di test organizzata da Kateyama. Devo ringraziare Joe Macari, qui al volante della vettura e tutti i ragazzi di Pastorelli Classic Cars per la gentilezza nei miei confronti. Sono un grande estimatore di questo modello da corsa, il suono del motore V8 aspirato della F430 è qualcosa di epico e lasciatemelo dire, anche l'esemplare del video, telaio 2636 (Michelotto) non fa che confermare tutto ciò. L'auto ha corso nel 2009 con la scuderia inglese Team Modena ed ha preso parte a diverse gare, come la 1000 Km di Catalunia, la 24h di Le Mans, la 1000 km di SPA, la 1000 km del Nurburgring ed altre competizioni. All'epoca i piloti che si sono alternati al volante sono stati Antonio Garcia (E), Leo Mansell (GB), Jaime Melo (BR), Pierre Ehret (D), Roman Rusinov (RUS) e Toni Vilander (FIN). Meccanicamente la vettura monta, in posizione centrale, un motore V8 90° da 4.0-Litri aspirato che, stando alle restrizioni in aspirazione dovute ai regolamenti FIA-ACO, sviluppa 450 Hp a 7.000 giri/min e 490 Nm di coppia massima a 5.500 giri/min. A muoverlo ci pensa un cambio sequenziale a 6 rapporti. La carrozzeria di alluminio è formata da un rigidissimo telaio tubolare, anche'sso in alluminio ed il peso complessivo dell'auto è di soli 1.130 Kg.
