New Foxbody Saleen #519 Project / SSC Clone / Hacked Up? - TIPS05E03

So I just took delivery on this 1988 Saleen Fox No. 519. There is not much original about this car however it is a true Saleen. Although it appears to have SSC Colors, to my (new) knowledge SSC cars were only available in 1989. It would seem that someone tried to make an SSC clone out of it and at the same time, turn it into a straight-up race car with a Mini Tub, Built Ford 9" rear, TKO 600 and a 331 CI motor assisted by a single turbo.
