The platform now holds over 75,000 reviews across roughly 40,000 unique carriers and brokers, combining FMCSA safety and compliance data with real, moderated reviews from brokers, shippers, and drivers. The conversation digs into how CarrierSource keeps its reviews clean and credible. Every review is read by a real human being, reviewers must submit proof of a working relationship such as a redacted rate confirmation or TMS screenshot, and profiles flagged for double brokering get a prominent warning banner before anything else loads. Robert also walks through how carriers can respond publicly to negative reviews, and why a thoughtful, professional response to a bad review can be just as valuable as a five-star rating.
