After 6 months of house renovations/construction we're finally getting to the finished house that Brenda will make into a beautiful loving home. There are many challenges building a house in the Philippines especially in the provinces. I wouldn't recommend you be the the general contractor per say like I was on this project unless you have good construction experience and have lived in the Philippines for years like I have. Enjoy the final laps of this house construction experience here in the Philippines.
