CFMOTO Reveals V4 SR-RR Top Speed: 315 km/h & Every Gear Top Speed

On June 15th, at the CCCC Automotive Proving Ground in Shangrao, China, the CFMOTO V4 SR-RR Prototype delivered a verified top speed of 315.82 km/h, measured by VBox during the China Motorcycle Top Speed Record Challenge. This is more than just a speed run — it is a major milestone for CFMOTO’s future flagship supersport platform. In this video, we break down the full run, including the estimated 0-100 km/h acceleration of around 2.9 seconds, plus the top speed reached in every gear. The bike hit 164 km/h in 1st gear, 200 km/h in 2nd, 223 km/h in 3rd, 251 km/h in 4th, 282 km/h in 5th, and 299 km/h in 6th, before continuing beyond the dash limit to the confirmed 315.82 km/h top speed. What makes this run even more impressive is that the speedometer appears capped at 299 km/h, meaning the prototype was still pulling hard even after the display stopped climbing. This result makes the V4 SR-RR Prototype the fastest Chinese internal combustion motorcycle ever recorded and highlights the ongoing development and validation of CFMOTO’s next-generation supersport machine. This is not a final production bike. This is a prototype built to push boundaries — and it has already made history.
