Metallica Guitar Projects, Part 5: Building My Metallica Guitar #guitar

In this video, I begin the assembly of my personal Metallica guitar. I demo it with the old pickups and part, tear it down, add the new electronics and Doombucker Pickups from ‪@RJsCave‬ Then, I test the electronics for sound. In part 1, I unboxed and went over what I was going to do to build these two rockin' guitars. In part 2, the modifications and customization of the 2 Meltallica inspired "Ride the Lightning" guitars began. I changed out the tuners, string trees, swapped out the knobs, & switch tip. Then I added in a new, better, capacitor and some Invader style humbucker pickups. In Part 3, I put on the chrome pickup rings, then started to wire up the guitar, and added the coil splits for both pickups. The guitar rode the lightning for the first time with its new parts, much like I did with my new heart, the guitar came back to life. Which is why I was inspired to build these guitars.
