Video of the finished marble:    • Vortex Marble Handmade by Bill Grout 2.20"...   A central compression spray fills the core with orange, purple, lilac and blue green. In the background, gold fumed lines run vertical against a field of deep blue pebbles on a reflective silver fumed base. The back side is decorated with raked lines of deep gem red, tan and sparkling blue floating over the reflective silver fumed base. Colors used in this build: OJ, India Purple, Purple Lilac, Blue Moon, Dark Amethyst, Turbo Amethyst frit, Jet Black, Butterscotch, Dragons Blood and Silver Unobtanium. The hotglass heats up, glows orange, and is carefully manipulated to create a smooth, round form, highlighting the intricate skills involved in its making. It's truly amazing to see the creation of such a beautiful piece by hand by a skilled artist.
