It’s pretty amazing that, just in Sydney, we get to experience three completely different African cuisines without having to get on a plane. From Egyptian koshari, Ethiopian injera, to Nigerian jollof rice, egusi and fufu, I tried a hugeeee range of dishes, and all within driving distance of one another.
